Reproductive Health & Endocrine Care

Managed by an Endocrinologist/Reproductive Endocrinologist in collaboration with OB-GYN/Infertility (ASRM) experts.

Why should it matter to you?

Troubled by irregular periods, facial hair/acne, weight gain, difficulty conceiving, or severe hot flashes affecting sleep and work? These are common—and treatable. Getting the right plan early can improve fertility, metabolic health, and day-to-day comfort.

Hormones are fundamental to reproductive health. We offer specialized care for men and women dealing with hormonal issues that impact fertility and overall well-being.

Our reproductive endocrinology services include:

  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): Comprehensive management of symptoms including irregular periods, weight gain, and infertility.

  • Infertility: Hormonal evaluation and management for both male and female factor infertility.

  • Menstrual Disorders: Diagnosis and treatment for irregular, heavy, or absent periods.

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy: Customized plans to manage symptoms of menopause and other hormonal imbalances.

PCOS involves ovulatory dysfunction and androgen excess, often linked with insulin resistance and long-term metabolic risks; diagnosis and care follow the 2023 international evidence-based guideline. Heavy or irregular periods (menorrhagia/ovulatory issues) are assessed systematically to improve quality of life. Infertility evaluation starts after 12 months of trying (<35 years) or 6 months (≥35 years), with targeted tests and treatment options. For menopause, hormone therapy is the most effective treatment for hot flashes and genitourinary symptoms when appropriately individualized and timed.
